The Federal Voting Assistance Program’s 2011 Slogan Contest promotes absentee voting by the Uniformed Services, their families, and U.S. citizens residing outside the United States.

FVAP provides U.S. citizens worldwide a broad range of non-partisan information and assistance to facilitate their participation in the democratic process - regardless of where they work or live. 

To enter just create a simple slogan (or slogans) that expresses the importance of voting and will inspire others to vote. A panel of judges will review all slogan submissions and choose the winning slogan on its originality and motivational value. This winning slogan will be featured in FVAP’s 2012/2013 outreach campaign which focuses on increasing voter awareness among U.S. citizens worldwide. This will include the FVAP website (, the 2012/2013 Voting Assistance Guide, motivational posters, and other FVAP publications.

All submissions must include your full name, branch of service (if military), mailing address, daytime telephone number, and email address (if applicable).
